Hi Todd. Great location and easy access to Manhattan via the Subway. You would also have rail access virtually right outside your door with the LIRR stop which will take you to Penn Station in Midtown if needed.
I will say this. I know the area and buildings and have done many sales in FH. A great location for sure but the spaces are relatively small. Cozy is the real estate term. Since the prices seem to be what I would expect for the location, I wonder what the starting bid will be. Other than that, I can tell you there are many other properties in Forest Hills that would offer more space in very well maintained buildings in proxinity to the gardens.

Are you referring to RealtyTrac--If you are looking at a RealtyTrac listing(s), keep in mind that some of the information is inaccurate and often misleading--some of the properties may have a lis pendens--notice of default--and if so, some may not be for sale yet, and some may never be if the owner satisfies the default--for the most accurate and up to date information, consult with your agent--if they are available, he/she would know or could find out. Law firms are not listed on Trulia as they do not list properties--brokers do. Keep in mind that when purchasing any co-ops board requirements apply and need to be met--requirements vary from complex to complex.... more
