Look to see who has the bulk of the foreclosure listings in your area. The listing agents usually order the trashouts, changing of the locks, winterizations, etc. The REO company may have a vendor application process, so the listing agent can either give you that information or take your bid.

Visibility is the name of the game......we just went through a major clean out in the Sarasota area and had some difficulty finding someone to do a "clean out."

The Yellow Pages revealed cleaning services, deep cleaning, salvage, etc. The greater your visibility, the more activity you can plan on having....consider the telephone book, promoting your business through real estate companies, or any other entity associated with the business.
