FIRST ANSWER
Try this site: http://www.hud.gov/homes/homesforsale.cfm It has links to different places where you can find foreclosed homes. Here in Frankfort, properties about to be auctioned on the courthouse steps are put in the newspaper, also posted in the courthouse. It would also be good to consult a Realtor in your area. Buying a foreclosure is not always as easy & inexpensive as people seem to think and an experienced Realtor could guide you through the process.
