Hi - not to0 many IRS government tax foreclosures pop up in Oregon. You can go to the Dept of Treasury Auction site and sign up to receive emails though...that way if something comes up, you'll be on the list.
Click on the web link below to go to that site and sign up.

Rosita;
The Kelly Group prints a list of local foreclosures every week. You can drop by our office at 215 N Blaine St. in Newberg and pick one up or call the office at 503-538-4531 for more information. I am a buyer's agent with The Kelly Group and work the Yamhill County area. My cell phone number is 503-502-6408
That is a very general question. Ultimately all foreclosures end up on the MLS government or not. You can subscribe to a fee to realtytrac.com or foreclsoureoiunt.com but a good agent with the MLS can do you a much better job.
If you need a good agent I am one!
