If you have money to spend the best deals are happening at the Court House Steps. Some real buys going on. These require Cash and a good team that can survey the homes coming up and what the Trustee is offering. But you may get a huge discount. Also Check Craigslist for pre foreclosures and Short Sales. There is an impression that there are lots of deals and in some places there are but they are few and far between in the Pacific Northwest! Why? It's a greta place to live. Having said that there will be more no doubt in the near Future!
