what's more dangerous...not paying your taxes or your mortgage? Who will foreclose on you first?

FIRST ANSWER

Typically the mortgage company will foreclosue first. Sometimes the banks will make sure the taxes are paid so they do not loose the asset that backs up the mortgage. Best to work with lender to see how you can afford the property. Look at modification or if can not afford the property look at selling the property.
