what rights does the tenant have if the building they live in is being sold or taken bya bank?
My apartment building is being turned over to a bank trustee and I need to know if I have the right to stay and what amount of time must be given to a disabled tenant?

If you can find out who is going to be in charge of the property management,it might be possible to work out the your concerns with them.
