what is the time frame on a defult to pay or quit? and how does that work??
I was doing an owner financing with someone and i needed to move out of the house I found someone to take over the payments but will not move in until November menaing i would have to make the October payment although I moved out a week ago, What do i need to do so i do not lose any more money?
