Buyer walked day of closing because of a buyer financing issue. Therefore unless something else develops, it is available.

Although it is under contract "again", if it is contingent on financing and doesn't appraise, the contract could be cancelled. Also,if it's a cash buyer and they change the due to something in the inspection, it may become available again, which is why I would suggest you put in a "back-up" offer.

If you are interested in putting in a back-up offer or are interested to know about similar properties, I am happy to assist. Just give me a call on my cell phone 850 543-8033. There are some other cottage style homes with metal roofs in this price range that I'd love to tell you about.

Dear Pwcasper,

As I told you earlier this morning, this home is under a contingency contract, but has not yet closed. It was listed as a bank owned property. The projected close date is September 1.

It is still under contract. It is currently scheduled to close the 1st of Sept but that could change. Sometimes there are delays which are not unusual.
