Deutsche Bank will most likely not deal with you directly regarding the property you are interested in,. They have multple asset mangement companies that the REO's are assigned to for clean up, repairs and listing. If the property is not listed yet, then Deutsche is probably settling the leins, taxes, title to the property before turning it over to the asset management co. My guess the property is in pre-listing status and has not been assigned out yet. You will probably have to wait until you see some activity going on there. If you so see some activity (clean up, painting, landscaping) going on you could ask the workers which realtor it was that hired them for the work and then you will have a contact name. Good Luck!

Deutsche Bank is a huge operation. They have dozens if not hundreds of REOs, foreclosures and short sales in Hawaii. If you have a specific property address I can try to locate the right person.
