Hi Jamie
You really should contact a real estate attorney here in Cincinnati who will be able to work through your situation with you. Please feel free to call me if you would like more information or would like to discuss this further.

Hey Jamie,

I know that in the state of Georgia an eviction needs to be sent certified mail. The bank should have a copy of the statement. Always keep open communication with the bank.

Interesting situation. Unfortunately, based on the limited facts you have presented here, only a real estate attorney in your area will be able to give an answer with any meaning. I will say, in most jurisdictions, the bank would have no right to change the locks and evict you until AFTER the foreclosure process.
