It means that the trustee (foreclosure) sale has been postponed so the property has not yet been foreclosed or sold.

Yes, if sale is postponed by beneficiary, current owner is still the owner.

I assume that you are a Tenant trying to find out your fate. Yes this means that The Lien Holder or the bank has asked that the sale be postponed that happens due to many reasons

Bankruptcy
Shart sale Offer on the table that The bank wants to work with
Even an active Loan Modification today will have the Bank postpone the sale date for 30 or more days.
Yes your landlord still does own the home.

Yes,you're right i'm a tenant with small child .How can I find out what is really going on with the house my landlord wont tell me anything.

I assume you mean the trustee sale was postponed. The bank that owns the mortgage has instructed the trustee to postpone the sale. This is very common. Therefore, the current owner still owns the home.
