what are my options if the second mortgage holder on a foreclosed property is trying to collect on their outstanding balance??The house foreclosed in
March,2009 and subsequently sold for less than the first?House was in Idaho and I live in Oregon.Does the 90 day limit to file intent for a deficiency judgement apply to the second too?
