The prices vary greatly depending on condition and location. A good solid three family with 3br each unit in move in condition would sell for 200k + or - and if you do the math with todays interest rates the cash flow is great for the owner occupant. Worth the sacrafice.
Location, Location, Location nothing to new about that but the condition of some of the properties is pretty extreme. With more information I am sure I can help you find something. Is your property currently on the market? When are you looking to buy, after you sell or are you ready now?
