Need Help!, Home Buyer in Green Bay, WI

we were supose to have our closing on May 31st (2 weeks ago) and the bank is not finished yet. What rights do i have?

Our tenant (in our current house) is set to move in 5 days. What rights do i have for this new property?

Is this a short sale? Foreclosure? Fair market sale? Do you have a financing contingency? Did you provide notice of satisfaction of that contingency? Have you spoken with the lender? An attorney? Too many questions yet to offer you any suggestions. Talk to your Realtor!

Im sorry to hear you are having problems with your foreclosured home . Nothing is for sure as far as foreclosures go until you have the signed paperwork and keys in hand. I always warn my buyers that foreclosures are not always the best way to go especially when its a buyers market My only suggesting would be to talk to your realtor. Best Wishes
