Susan, the question is: where is this 'listed'? Is it on a private website, on Realtor.com, or a "by owner" site...?
Granted, prices have dropped, and Florida is now #1 in foreclosures, but the market is also flooded with misinformation.

Susan...Hi You did not give us any details of the house in question. On the County MLS system there are no homes on Merritt Island anywhere near that price. If you could email me with some more info I could advise you on its accuracy.
