the home owner is in prison house was decreed in foreclosure 10-27-09 appealable judgement sent out... how long until these people have to get out?

If it's a 3 year sentence, then maybe out in 6 months. How long was the sentence? Wait another year to buy, prices are still declining. Good Luck

Steelers43 from what I have seen happen about another 5-6 months. Not legal advice just what I have observed and that is if they do not answer the appealable judgement.
