quick claim deed

i am trying to buy a house in a auction sell by bank, it is only in quick claim title, i check ed the county record, it shown in 2008 sheriff deed for 1mil, and 3 IRS liens and mechanical liens, and then it has anouth sherrif deeds on 2010 for 340k,

bank trying to sell the interest by quick claims, and said it has the highest proority in line for sale proceeds,

if i buy this by quick claimss, do i have to pay off all the liens after the purchase for a clean title

In most cases the Government trumps everyone else. A good attorney might be able to help but
