please help my neighbors moved and left their adult kids in their forclosed home the yard looks like crap and

they are not getting trash service large pile of garbage piling up what can we do?

Every area is different but I've been sucessfull with most health departments. If the trash is attracting rodents then I'd make sure that was mentioned.
Adult "children" usuall have an aversion to having the police drive by frequently.

Hi Ginger,

I think you're telling us that the owners moved out pre-foreclosure and left the grown kids in their place. Call the county to see if they will pursue any action. I live in Valley Center in the county and it's tough getting trash removed from unwilling owners. Not like the city! Eventually, it will be foreclosed on and the bank will do a trash out service, but the banks are taking a long time to foreclose especially if the owners have it listed for sale and are trying to do a short sale. If we're not interpreting correctly, let us know. Good luck!

I would start with contacting your city or town hall office and asking for advice. It's probably a health Dept. issue but someone ther should be able to advise you. YUK!.

what do you mean the neighbors left their kids in their foreclosed home? do they still have rights to the property and are they trying to sell?
