or anything when i had had a phone interview it will be a diferent person on the other line ,which it always went back to square one i had to summit other paper set up another phone interview etc. where i would had renew everithing if one person would handle everything from the start to finist, now i'm facing forclosure and naca tell me to wait till they set a day for sale. how can i save my house when i will be kick out of it.

Call me at 321-480-2544 right away. There is something you may have done wrong or they should have had sopmeone able to speak with you in your native language or give you the opportunity to get someone to explain what you were saying. They may be in violation of Federal Standards and rules. I am pretty sure they are.

Wait till you get sale date? I'm not sure why did they advice like that after ONE YEAR of processing your loan mod? You are right, once you get the sale, that might be too late to save your home. I guess you need to contact someone at the manager level in that company or go with a different company or talk to an attorney.
