You might want to start with a lender and see where you stand on finanincing a foreclosure. From there you can shop for thre right foreclosure deal. I wouldn't bank on rent to own yielding any results. The transaction is really tricky and can get both the seller and buyer in bad situations. If you still want to pursue it you need to track down a real estate attorney to walk you through the process. Don't be fooled into thinking you have a rent to own if there is not an attorney involved.
