This question highlights the true value of Trulia. Bravo on asking the question before using your cc# on something that is available through your local real estate expert. I live and specialize in Tramonto if you are interested in homes in my area. Good luck and again, thanks for reminding us all about the value of Trulia.

Here is a great resource to find foreclosures and other investment properties, and it's free: http://www.rehabahouse.com

Susan,

There absolutely is a way to get bank owned property information without giving your credit card number. As an Anthem resident and Realtor I would be happy to assist you with gathering the details of the bank owned properties that are available. I research the MLS every day looking for great deals for my buyers. It is important to be educated about this particular market that we are in. There are certain addendums and disclosures that you as a buyer need to understand as you proceed through the buying process. I would love to help you navigate your way through as this is such an exciting time to be a buyer. Visit my website for more information http://www.AnthemAZGuide.com and give me a call and we can discuss your search criteria.

Hi Susan,

I am an Anthem resident as well as a Realtor. I can send you a list of bank owned properties in Anthem no problem. Right now there are some fantastic deals on the market in Anthem. However, the investors, and home buyers are starting to swoop in and scoop them up quickly. I have a few clients who have missed out on great opportunities because they did not respond quickly enough. So if you're ready let me know and I can provide all the information you need.

Hi Susan!

I would be happy to assist you with your REO/Short Sale search in Anthem. There really are some fantastic deals out there right now. I am not sure if you are aware, but Pulte/Del Webb is also building a brand new Anthem in Florence, where the prices are ridiculously low.

If you help me narrow down your preferences, I can try to help you locate a home that will meet your needs.

--What particular price range did you want to stay within?
--What community amenities are important to you (i.e. active adult, gated, golf course, rec center, park, etc.)?
--What home features are important to you?
--Are you interested in new construction, or are you looking for a home that is ready for move in immediately?
--Will you be financing or paying cash?

Please let me know how I might be able to assist you with your new home search. You can also visit my website, http://www.buyanewhomeinaz.com and learn more about the "new Anthem" at Merrill Ranch, or simply search my listings or other phoenix area MLS listings.

You always can ask an agent who tracks such things. If you're working with an agent, they can run the list in the MLS. If you're not, someone always can run the list for you.

I was posting the lists for various cities including Anthem but have fallen behind the last few weeks as I've been inundated with Canadian buyers.

Best of luck.
