Yareli,
If you are interested in finding your local foreclosure listings, you could try the following three places:
-Ask a local Realtor (But then you have a Realtor to deal with and pay!)
-Go to your local County Recorders Website and search the Notice Of Defaults that have been recently filled (Somewhat time consuming and can be difficult your first couple of times!)
-Subscribe to a website like Realtytrac.com and get the foreclosure leads sent directly to your email inbox.
If you are looking to invest in a certain area whether for a personal residence, or an investment property, it would be a good idea to try and find out who your local investor/wholesalers are in your area. These guys do all the legwork for you, go and tie up the house you want (or give you a bunch of other houses to choose from), and sell it to you for a small markup!
Good luck with your search....its too bad your not looking to invest in Arizona. We are Arizona's #1 Cash For Houses website specializing in creating custom solutions to Arizona's housing problem!
