Moratoriums are nationwide; so it is not just Escondido that has experienced more short sales and less REO's. We do anticipate more foreclosures coming on the market this 3 and 4th quarter. Keep your eyes on the marketplace and you will see them soon.

Hi Annamarie,

The foreclosure moratoriums are national by specific lenders. Of the top 10 mortgage holders, only 4 have lifted their moratoriums and the properties will start coming on the market sometime in the next 60 days.
