I can set you up with a search directly from our MLS which will provide not only foreclosure info, but if you want to look at estates and other bank owned properties, that too can be arranged. Just let me know via Trulia or my website.

http://www.hud.gov You can access all HUD properties there.

http://www.fanniemae.com/index.jhtml...This is the site to access fannie mae owned properties

Dont go without a realtor! The agents paid by the bank and they do all the work. If the agents cool enough maybe he will give you back 1% for closing!

If you use me for financing I too will give you back 1%
