Hi Roland,
I agree, there are so many types of forclosure properties. Also there are HUD properties which as the bank owned properties are not a dramatic savings. I have foreclosure properties on my website. Check it out. www.christysoldit.com. Under property search put in your city and click search, then click on the foreclosures tab. Happy hunting! when you say forclosure, are you wanting a home in default facing the auction block?? Or are you talking about post auction, bank owned properties.
Pre-auction properties have so many legal fees attached to the pay off, most home-owners simply cant sell. Bank owned properties, like country wide, wells fargo, etc, use realtors to sell, also, they list properties on their web sites...however, bank owned properties generally are not radically discounted Sat Apr 26 2008, 14:28
