if you had a home and was and it was forclosed on in 2006 .. you moved on 090506, but the house was solded
in june of 2006 while you were still living in it. the ha did not pay off the house until april of 2007.. we waited 3 years to buy another house but the FHA had placed a caivers on our name and said we have to wait until april of 2009 before we can but another house. isn't that penalizing us twice for the samething, and is there something we can do to keep from waiting?
