thanks for the great question! is this house already listed for sale? or do you know it is vacant because you have seen it vacant?
Often times homes will show up in realty trac as they go through months of various stages of foreclosure.
If it is not already listed for sale you may be chasing a home that you may not see for sale for 6 months to a year. here is why Michigan Redemption laws (if you want more info let me know)
If you know its vacant and not for sale yet, and you know this because you have seen it first hand, email me the address. (please send an email not an online post to avoid possible theft or vandalism to any specified address) and I can make some calls for you and give you some good info on it.
Best Wishes

Finding a good, Full time real estate agent will make the job easier. Someone who works in your area and knows whats going on. The Agent will be able to get you the information you want and the representation you need when looking at a foreclosure. Don't be afraid of working with one agent either, having that professional help you and being exclusive to them will warrent there full committment to you. Let us know if we can help.

Pretty much as simple as working with a specific agent to cater to your individual needs.
Any buyer agent can work with you to determine your eligibility and help you look at it if you're a serious buyer, etc.
After all, a buyer agent is a free service, but keep in mind that working with any client takes a good amount of time on our (agent) part, etc.
