i rent a home in buffalo wy that is in preforclosure will the bank continue to rent the property if no one bids the starting price for the home?

FIRST ANSWER
Its going to be hard to tell what the bank will do with the rental contract. They will want to get it sold. During the redemption period is the most likely time for the bank to rent the house. Its best to talk to the bank and see what they say.
