put it on hold and work on her options. she gave all her info already and the website kept telling her she has an id but she does not have one yet..what can she do..the auction date is nov 3 already..she tried the phone numbers and nobdy is answering, she is from the bay area! please let me know what she can do.....
This seems to be the same problem all across the country. No real phone service and no one in the local offices to talk to. My website has not been updated even though I sat at the local office (finally) and watched the local person put it into the website. I have been to two workshops and still my account says I need to go to one. It certainly is mismanaged and I have lost any confidence in them at all. While there are glowing reports of being able to help people I wonder how many they have left hanging and they lost their house.

It's a little late to start considering options now. The past few months were when action should have been taken. They won't just stall the sale because she asks them to. If she had a buyer for the home maybe they would push the date back, or if she was filing bk, but outside of that, it's kind of late.
