i had been discharged from the court for the bankrupcy chapter 7 already.
so how the bank will take foreclosed my house so i know i can moving out?

I want to make sure I understand what you are asking. You have been discharged from a chapter 7 bankrupcy. Depending on the lender and what state you are in the bank could forclose as quickly as a few weeks or as long as 6mths. Your attorney should be able to help you answer most of these questions. Where is your home located?
