FIRST ANSWER

Good Morning,
Sunnyside Drive is located off US 441 South from Dillsboro. From Dillsboro go toward Franklin,(you will see TC's Exxon on the left side of the road), then take the next right, Sutton Branch. Go approximately 1 mile and you will see the road on the right.

If you do not have an agent to process the paperwork for you, I would be glad to offer my services. FREE to Buyers is the usual procedure. My name and info are below. I work in Highlands but live in Sylva.
