i am the renter on a foreclosure home, it will be auctioned off this month. when do i have to vacate?

HI Ilona,
If you have a lease on the property you can ask for compensation and a lender will do that. Once the property sells, you will have a few days thereafter to move out - someone will be notifying you, either the brokre or the bank. Good Luck! Hello Ilona. Our Governor signed a bill earlier this year which requires 60-day notice to tenants of bank-owned properties. It used to be 30 days. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.

You vacate when the agent comes to speak with you. If you have a rental contract, you might be able to get some money to move out, its called "KEYS FOR CASH". If the hproperty is going up for sale, don't worry someone will be contacting you 5-10 days after the sale.
