There have been a few comments in Trulia Voices that include lengthy explanations, but one piece of advice kept making the list: contact those agents that represent multitudes of foreclosures and see what assistance they might need. Posting here is already a good start in that direction.
What services are you looking to offer as apart of your REO service (i.e. clean outs, maintainence, sales, auctions, staging... etc)?
