I am interested in finding foreclosed properties in Ann arbor area.
Hi Fred,
You can now use Trulia to find foreclosure listings. On our results page you'll now find a selection for 'Resale', 'New Homes' and 'Foreclosure'. Access the link below to review our blog post to find out more and check out the link further below to view foreclosure listings in your area.

Hi Everyone! Thanks Fred, For referencing the Ann Arbor Area Board having the same data.
You can also see independent information all over the web if you want to look that way but most properties are listed with a Realtor.
Of course there are more Urls out there, but here is a small list you may want to look at:

http://www.premierereo.com
http://www.buybankhomes.com
You mention "properties" , are you interested in more than one property to own?
Are you familar with the Thursday sale at the County Court House steps? You may want to attend a Sheriff sale first, depending upon your timing needs.
Good Luck
Fred, Any real estate agent belonging to Realcomp would be able to pull up foreclosed properties in Washtenaw County. I believe agents belonging to the Ann Arbor Board are also able to pull up foreclosures through their MLS search through public remarks.
MLS areas are not the same as those in Trulia. Some homes are in the link below
To view distressed properties updated this week for the Washtenaw County area through the Ann Arbor Area Board, please go to http://www.kathytoth.com/custompages_reports.php?key=b81162
Real Estate One has a web site http://www.ourforeclosurehomes.com.. It is the most comprehensive list of foreclosure properties in the metro area and easy to use.
There are paid sites to which you may subscribe as well.
For more information on working with these homes, contact us.
