For some reason I got your Q. The best answer is: There is no way to tell since I am in FL and you are in Ohio! The foreclosures are taking place by the hour. There may be a temporary 'hault' to additional ones but the list of those that are already in the 'pipeline' is so extensive the banks may welcome a hault just to catch up with the paperwork as it stands today!
Each neighborhood is different and each part of the country is different. I "specialize' in a small gated golf course community in S. Sarasota County and last week we only had 4 foreclosures.....this week we have 7. So ....with that kind of an increase where the bulk of the homes are 2nd homes (Snowbirds) in an affluent community....the list of foreclosures changes weekly if not daily. It is a sad time for all of us in this economy and the best investment is in a community that offers something 'special' such as a gated, golf course community or waterfront....That is where I choose to invest.
