Hi mike here is a free list of foreclosed homes no charge or sign up
http://www.free-foreclosed-homes.com

"If YOUR a broker. . . " LOL, it's bad enough when people make silly mistakes just typing posts or emails, but you would think someone would proofread a website carefully.
I looked at the list. There is house in my town that WAS a foreclosure but it sold over a year ago.
Yes - Get a real estate agent to assist you. You'll get more than just a list of foreclosures, you'll get service and representation and resources.. and if you play your cards right, a new friend.
Your buyers agent DOES charge a fee (I don't know anyone who intends to work for free in this world. We even have a nun with our brokerage - she directs the payments to her church, but she still does not work for free). What the previous poster means is that in the vast majority of cases, the cost is wrapped into the purchase price. The seller has generally agreed to pay a listing commission, which is then split with the selling agent (aka buyer's agent), and usually covers all of the cost. This way, it's no money from your pocket. Sometimes this varies, so discuss it with your agent when you hire one. Contact any local agent posting a response here, or feel free to contact me if you'd like a referral. I know a couple of good agents in your area.
Mr. Akronohiohomes - Please, please, stop saying real estate agents work for free. Good ones don't.
Mike, you can work with a Realtor and find all the homes you could want to see. And as a buyer the Realtor is free to you, the seller pays all the fees.
I am amazed how often I get this question. So..... everyone out there reading this blog. DO NOT PAY FOR FORECLOSURE LISTS. I have met clients that were sold old lists ( The foreclosed homes that have been sold a year ago.) Mike,
Contact a Realtor in your area & they can give you the sites or visit http://www.BestAreaHomeSearch.com and select the area & the price ranges that you are most intetrsted in to find ALL of the avaialble homes in that price range & areas.
There are some fabulous buys out there in homes other than foreclosures.
any realtor in your area should be able to help u with that request
Mike,
An agent can e-mail you foreclosed homes
from the MLS provided you form a buyer/agent relationship.
I know of no known "list" per say, but researching listings
And the known realtors who deal mainly with them.
Sheriff sales can be researched at the auditors site & preforeclosed
Short Sales are mixed in the MLS as well.
