List are great, but what you might find a bigger advantage is to have an agent in the areas you're looking set you up on an automated MLS search. Using key terms it can pick up any bank/corporate-owned home that comes on the market and you'll get an email immediately with all it's information. This way is usually a bit faster on letting you know when they actually hit the market....first to know usually means first in.
As you can see Alli, the #1 response is " Contact an agent"

I am glad Im here! In all honesty if you want to be able to purchase the hottest and best deals in foreclosure properties you need to partner with a buyers agent. I come across so many hot deals a day, and believe me I only share them with the clients that work with me exclusively. If you are serious about getting the best deal, interview 2 or 3 agents and see what they can offer you.
I work with my buyer clients at no charge to them, drop me a line if you want some questions to ask when you interview these agents
Best Wishes,
Jeremy Sulak
As you can see, all agents can provide this information. I will be happy to provide all the details you need so you can put together a "hit list" of properties that meet your criteria from my list.
Alli,
You can use the link below, which is strictly bank-owned / foreclosed homes, direct from the MLS. If you have any questions or would like to see any of these, you can easily contact me.
Thank you
