Don't ever pay for a list of forclosures! I can email you a list, I help investor quite often. Just be aware that there could be better deals out there that are not in forclosure.
Some forclosures may have been purchased recently with little money down - so they still owe alot.
It's a good idea to get a complete list of homes for sale in your price range. Some great deals are in forclosure and some simply are not.
