how do i find out which bank actually owns the foreclosed property i am interested in buying?

You can do a search of public records at the courthouse. Also, if you would like to give me the address I would be glad to see what I can find out through the resources I have available. FIRST ANSWER

You can do a search of public records and find the owner of record. That should reveal the record legal owner. I hope that helps.
