hello all i recieved a citation from hoa on forclosing because i am behind on hoa dues because of opting out
of chapter eleven bankruptcy. I must respond within 20 days but have no clue as to what to say in the response. HELP!

You should talk to an attorney but get there qucikly. IF you do not respond the condo association, they will be well on there way to foreclosing. I would think you will have other creditors contacting you quickly if you dismissed the bankruptcy. Get you information together quickly and put to gether your counter complaint and anticipate other filings
