The notice should have a date on it. These days it's taking longer for the bank to evict you, but once you do get the notice, you should prepare to leave before they come and change the locks on you. Good luck, and hope things work out better for you in the future.

Look at the eviction notice. If it's a legal notice, it should tell you right there by what date you have to be out.
