Foreclosures are for losers.... With all the "buy foreclosure" systems on the tv, what makes you think that getting 20+ buyers bidding on a property that is already market price is going to get you a deal. Better to drop an offer with a Realtor with a property management company. That way you fget access to private investors who really know how o deal 15%-20% off list price. Plus they may alrady be cash flowing.

This site may also help on "search for properties" in the lower right hand corner/

If you are thinking of buying foreclosures you need to see my website and checkout the foreclosure link. If you are considering purchasing tax deeds, then the Roddy Course on this is a must. There's probably a link to one of the Roddy websites and you can go from there or search on Roddy Report or George Roddy and you will find it. They are inexpensive, they're not trying to sell you on another $5000 course, and the information and contacts are the best I've seen.
