There are foreclosures in Pleasant Hill, but not enough to call it a true buyers market there. Due to superior schools, lower priced properties are attracting multiple offers compared to other nearby areas. If you have a strong cash position, it's a great opportunity. FHA will be challenging unless a condominium or townhouse is what you are looking for.
Home prices on foreclosed single family homes start in the high 200's for the smaller square footages in Sherman Acres and Gregory Gardens.
