To get a foreclosure list go to the county clerks office in the area where you want to purchase. Many foreclosure sites are outdated and just want to collect money from you.

Also, go to your local real estate office, many agents have pre-foreclosure properties that they are selling and have to do a short sale through the bank.

I hope this answer helped you.

There are many foreclosure sites. Just go to google.com and search Foreclosures. Be careful many sites have outdated information.
