That's quite a loaded question. Depends on if you are going to be an owner occupant - then you have first choice on HUD homes. What size, price range? Are looking for something to flip? Give me more details and I can email you what is available.

I hope you will have a GREAT Trulia realtor who can assist you. FYI not all foreclosures are below market value, many are in a distressed situation. However there are deals out there matter for a realtor providing the homes for sale below market value. GOOD LUCK
