FIRST ANSWER
It depends on the company...but you usually can stay till it is taken over by the bank and if a real estate co. is processing it for them they will mediate you moving and sometimes they will pay you to move called Cash for Keys.If no one contacts you w/ a court order to appear then I would wait till they do. The court has to give you time to find a place ...like 10 to 30 days from going to court.I hope this helps.Sharon
