FIRST ANSWER
It would be much easier on you to contact your local Housing Authority in reference to Section 8 rental properties. If you are a renter - depending on the city/location - you will be given a list of homes that have been approved. If you want to list your home the Housing Authority will contact you for an inspection and give you guidelines to follow.
