can i look up homes for sale by the school district there in?

I just set up a customized "Client Gateway Webpage" for a new client the other day. It is updated daily and includes all the homes that meet her specific criteria, such as specific School District, number of bedrooms and baths, 1 Level Ranch homes. You can search by school district and also whether the properties are foreclosures or not. That way you can better locate good deals in your chosen school district.

Sure, you can look up homes for sale by using the school district. It's very easy. You can go tohttp:// www.townerealty.net and click on mls search and enter the school district. You don't have to register or give any of your personal info. to do this search and it utilizes the MLS database so it is very accurate and has all the new listings. I create a unique web page for my clients to search for homes. You can let me know all the details about the type of home you are looking for including the school dist. and I can create your web page for you.

This webpage will update automatically each night and removes any homes that are now off the market and keeps you informed the instant a new listing is posted. In addition you can keep track of homes you like by catagorizing them and making your own notes. This is all maintained on your own personized home search web site. If you know the school district sometimes an agent can pull a search for that school district. It all depends if the listing agent has taken the time to fill in that field on the MLS. Often times other sources of listing searches do not have the field available to search.

FIRST ANSWER
To the best of my knowledge Trulia does not allow us to search by school district. I can tell you our local association of Realtors allows us to search the MLS (multiple listing service) by school district.
