What is the Waiver for? For legal advice, you would need to consult a real estate attorney.

Exactly what are they attempting to make you waive? Remember, that you don't HAVE to sign anything. If you have questions about any document in a real estate transaction, please consult with your agent or a competent real estate attorney. Is this perhaps a document that was supposed to have been signed at closing and they are just trying to get you to sign it now? Because there are several waivers that you will sign at the closing table.

Hi watkinsrobin80,

A waiver for what? Your mortgage company can't make you sign anything - no one can. They can only request that you sign. You might want to consult a Real Estate Attorney - depending on what the waiver is they are asking you to sign. You should NEVER sign anything that you don't completely understand.
